烘加精品成立於2014年，當時烘加精品咖啡(Roasting Plus Coffee)品牌在台北的一家小咖啡店誕生。 一位祖母為兒子和孫子們創造了這條咖啡路。 62歲時，她參加了City & Guilds國際咖啡師認證，也帶領我們踏上了金牌咖啡之旅。
烘加精品成立於 2014 年，致力於 IIAC (International Institute of Coffee Tasters )組織的ICT( International Coffee Tasting) 國際義大利大咖啡品鑑比賽。 在商業決策中旨在滿足不同口味的需求，從而創造出不同方案，並不斷尋找新的香氣和口味，將傳統、藝術和優質咖啡的味道融為一體。
我們的使命是遵循我們的目標：產品質量、客戶滿意度和服務優化。

It all began in 2014, when the Roasting Plus Coffee brand was born in a small coffee shop in Taipei. A grandmother paved the way for her son and grandchildren, introducing them to the world of coffee. At the age of 62, she earned her City & Guilds International Barista Certification, leading the family on a journey into the world of "Gold Medal Coffee."
Since its establishment in 2014, Roasting Plus has been dedicated to competing in the International Coffee Tasting competitions for the Best Italian Espresso, organized by the IIAC (International Institute of Coffee Tasters). In our business decisions, we aim to satisfy diverse tastes by creating unique solutions and continually exploring new aromas and flavors. We blend the tradition, art, and quality of coffee into a harmonious experience.
Our mission is guided by three core objectives: ensuring product quality, achieving customer satisfaction, and optimizing our services.
